SMS / text messaging terms

About our messaging program. Star Home Realty operates an SMS program to communicate with clients, property owners, and prospective tenants who opt in. Messages are for customer care and service purposes only — replies to inquiries, appointment and property-showing reminders, rent and maintenance notifications, and account or document updates related to your tenancy or transaction. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and will stop sending text messages. For help at any time, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.

Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Star Home Realty does not charge for the messages themselves.

Carrier liability.Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and use our SMS messaging program.

Privacy. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
