When you submit a form (rental analysis, application, vendor signup, or contact), we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone, property address, and any documents you share. Tenant applications may include sensitive information (ID, income) used only to evaluate your application.
How we use it
To respond to your request, evaluate applications, provide property management services, and communicate with you. We share information with service providers (e.g. our CRM and management software) only as needed to deliver these services.
Text messaging (SMS)
When you submit a form and provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Star Home Realty about your request, including appointment scheduling. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
How we protect it
We use industry-standard safeguards, restrict access to authorized staff, and retain personal information only as long as necessary.
